Condition and Regulation for Exhibition

Usage:
　Art Exhibition

Term & hours:
　A six-day exhibition period (Tuesday – Sunday)
　12:00 p.m.* – 7:00 p.m. (- 6:00 p.m. on closing day)

Fee:
　120,000 JPY for an exhibition period

Preparation:
　Carry in and Set up:  3:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on Monday
　Carry out: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. on closing day

Application:
　Fill out and turn in application form
　along with deposit half the amount of gallery fee

Cancellation:
　No deposit refund on cancellation

Gallery keeping:
　Protection and care-taking of art works in gallery space
　on user’s responsibility

Accident / Trouble:
　Damage to art work– by theft, vandalism, fire,
　or other unforeseen disasters– not compensated

Other:
　Nailing on wall prohibited
　Damage caused by user subject to compensation
　No alcohol, party, nor non-art activity allowed
　without gallery’s consent

Invitation card / letter:
　Designing, printing, and mailing of cards / letters on user’s expense
　Notification to art related organizations and media sent out by Gallery
